NEW ITEM RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with all our (NEW) products they can be returned for full refund minus shipping costs and a $10.00 restocking / handling fee. If after opening the item you desire to return it you must call or email us for a Return Authorization Code within one week (1 Week) from postal delivery date and insure your return meets the following conditions:

• Returned with Return Authorization Code printed on the outside return package
• Item is insured for purchase value.
• Returned to us postmarked within 7 days of postal receipt date.
• Be in new condition, not damaged show signs of wear or altered.
• Not sized or engraved by Carrico Jewelers or other jewelers.  
• Ship to: Carrico, 217 West Market Street, Jeffersonville Indiana 47130 

Please be aware that certain laws and credit card issuers policies provide that buyers may have chargeback rights for merchandise that is not delivered or is defective. Return authorizations can be obtained at  service@dreamscometruejewelry.com  or calling (866) 446-5819. Questions about our items or requests for more pictures or sizing are welcomed by email or telephone call.

USED & RECONDITIONED JEWELRY RETURNS

All used or re-conditioned items must be approved for return and will be on a case by case basis. Dreamscometruejewelry.com inspects all reconditioned jewelry mountings and stones for proper seating and mounting integrity prior to resale by a qualified jeweler.

Care is taken to ensure all used jewelry is in excellent ready for normal wear condition. Each piece is digitally photographed to document its condition prior to shipping to our customers. You as the customer can expect to receive a beautiful piece of jewelry when you purchase from us. You can also expect your piece to meet or exceeds the item description advertised on our site. If you wish to return a Used or Reconditioned piece of jewelry because it does not meet or exceed the product description you can return the item minus shipping and  a $10.00 restocking fee by calling or email us for return approval and a Return Authorization Code within one week (1 Week) from postal delivery date and insure your return meets the following conditions:

• Call and receive a return authorization code.
• Tell us why we did not meet or exceed the product description.
• Have Return Authorization Code printed on the outside return package.
• Have item is insured for purchase value.
• Returned to us postmarked within 7 days of postal receipt date.
• Be in the condition received and not damaged or altered.
• Not sized or engraved by other jewelers.

Refunds issued on new and used jewelry will be issued minus shipping and handling / restocking costs.

CUSTOM JEWELRY RETURNS

These items can be returned when the item received is not the item ordered or the name or date is incorrect. For all returns there is a $10.00 restocking fee and postage is not refunded. Returns must meet the following:

• Call and request return authorization code to ship the item back.
• Tell us that you were sent an incorrect item as described in the product description.
  
• Tell us that the item has wrong date or name engraved on it as ordered.
• Item returned with Return Authorization Code printed on the outside return package.
• Item is insured for purchase value.
• Returned to us postmarked within 7 days of postal receipt date.
• The item must be in new condition, not damaged show signs of wear or altered.
• Not sized or engraved by other jewelers.

Every effort is made to ensure that your hand crafted piece of jewelry art is as awesome if not surpassing the beauty of the piece viewed on our site. Please realize that custom hand engraving can differ a little that is why each piece is unique and hand engraved with my personal mark when requested.
